# Bens Default Food
I have discovered that this is the meal that I could eat for the rest of my life
* 1 onion
* 0.5 lb mushrooms
* 0.75-1 lb meat (chicken or salmon)
* 1 lb egg whites
* 0.5-1 lb green vegetables
* 0.25 lb sweet potato
* 1 big dollop whole milk greek yogurt + scattered flax seeds
* 1 big dollop nonfat greek yogurt
* 1.5 tablespoon almond butter
* (sometimes) ~1 cup nonfat keifer
* ~1? Cup berries
* Lots of tea and fizzy water
